Edit: also, I see some of the faces along the brow/forehead are curving inwards slightly - this can be fixed by breaking up the squares of each section into triangles. The model might already have the polygons in place for this, so it'd be a case up upping the angle at which fold lines are shown in Pep Designer. After a lot of hard work and time me and a few people on the 405th website managed to make Pepakura files for the Colonial Marine armor. I extracted the model of the Colonial Marine from the AVP game first and then it was editd and unfolded by H1rgon who is a member of the 405th as well as I am under the same name I use on here.
